Response Required: The Charter 100 DC Annual Dues & Meeting
It's that time of year! Please pay your dues and join us at our Annual Meeting for discussion and decision-making. Active Members are required to attend. If you are unable to attend, please send a written explanation of your absence via email to Charter100DC@gmail.com by May 24, 2019.

Dear Members:
The Charter 100 DC had another terrific year of programs and special events! Our upcoming Annual Meeting provides an opportunity for members to learn about our successful year and to discuss the organization’s future. Members will vote on prospective new members and elect a new slate of Officers and Committee Co-Chairs.
The 2019 Annual Meeting of The Charter 100 DC will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2019 from 10 am - Noon at The McLean Community Center, 1234 Ingleside Avenue, McLean, VA 22101. Our meeting will be held in the Rehearsal Hall Meeting Room in the Community Center’s permanent home (address above) which was being renovated last year so we met in another location. Ample parking is available.
Active Members are required to attend the Annual Meeting. If you are unable to attend, please send a written explanation of your absence via email to Charter100DC@gmail.com by May 24, 2019. In order to have voting privileges at the meeting, payment of the 2019-2020 annual dues is due prior to the meeting. See membership dues info that follows.
I have enjoyed serving as The Charter 100 DC’s President for the past two years and look forward to attending future events with all of you.

Active $200
Active Members can vote at business meetings, participate at Executive Committee meetings, be an Officer, and propose new candidates for membership, after one year of membership.
Associate $100
Members of the Charter 100 DC who move out of the area and members in good standing of another Charter 100 organization who are residing in the Washington, DC area for less than 18 months and wish to join the DC Chapter temporarily, can elect to become Associate Members.
Associate Members may attend events and will remain on the membership list but will not retain any voting privileges at Business Meetings, cannot sponsor new Members, or hold office.
Inactive $ 50
An Active Member in good standing may become inactive for a period of up to two consecutive years. Inactive Members may continue to attend events and will remain on the membership list but shall not retain any voting privileges at Business Meetings, cannot sponsor new Members, or hold office.
